Extreme sport is a term that describes certain activities that are perceived as having a high level of inherent danger. These activities are often associated with speed, altitude, strenuous exercise and highly specialized equipment. Events classified as extreme sports by the media differ from traditional sports due to the greater number of uncontrollable variables by nature. Extreme sports are unusual because risk factors cannot be calculated with exact results. In an extreme activity, the variables are usually natural. These environmental variables are often related to weather and terrain, including wind, snow, water, and mountains. Since these natural phenomena cannot be controlled, they inevitably affect the outcome of the activity or event. Benefits of doing extreme sports There probably won't be many people researching such a questionlike advantages of extreme sports. But we think it is very important. Extreme sports are becoming more and more popular. In fact, activities like mountain biking, snowboarding, paragliding and snowboarding attract more and more people every year.
